1 Q How do I know the listed property is still available?
  A If a property is unavailable that property will be marked as under offer or it will be marked as sold by the agent.
     
2 Q How do I confirm the true owner from the contact on your site?
  A You can confirm the true owner of the property by contacting the agent who listed the property via the information on his profile or by contacting us on our contact page. Also for those properties listed with our logo you contact us directly and we manage the process for you each step of the way.
     
3 Q I do not have a credit card, how can I buy some credit?
  A You can buy credits without credit cards this can be done by paying directly into our bank accounts and access to our services will be provided with respect to the amount of credit bought. If you wish to purchase credit please contact us and we will be happy to walk you through the bank payment process.
     
4 Q Why should I pay when other similar web sites are free?
  A 1inkproperties.com is not just another site, neither are we a faceless property mart. Our unique features ensure we stand out from others. Users have access to a web portal that is pleasant, easy to use and quick to download. Also our estate agency services gives you the ability to verify papers or ownership of listed properties (please contact us to obtain information on this additional service), validated listings, mortgages advisory, offers, early pre-launch deals for new developments, access to property foreclosures and sales from financiers. 5 Q Can I give you my property over to you to sell and take commission?
  A Yes, you can. Please contact our office and we will take you through the necessary procedures.
     
6 Q I have forgotten my password,what do i do?
  A Click on the forgot password link and the system automatically sends your password to the email u registered with.
     
7 Q Is there a way i can edit my own Listings?
  A Yes, you log in with your own email and password to edit your own listings.
     
8 Q I am a real estate agent and have many properties to advertise, do I have to pay to list them?
  A No you don't, you can register to become a 1ink property partner if approved you can list your properties for free. However agency fee's generated will be shared 50/50
     
9 Q Are there any rules to adding property?
  A We insist that all material submitted to 1ink Properties must be adhere to our terms and conditions. We review our listings periodically and will omit anything that we feel is inappropriate. Moreover, you will be banned from future posting on our site.
     
10 Q Can u add my Property Listings for me?
  A Yes, if you are having difficulties adding your listing our site, we would be happy to help you in any way possible. In extreme cases, we will add the listing for you, but we prefer to walk you through the process - this way you will be able to make changes at any point, without having to wait for our availability
     
11 Q I uploaded a picture but they are dark in my Ads, why?
  A You can only upload pictures that are JPEG files, if they are in Bmp files or any other Format you need to convert them to JPEG before they can Show Clearly.
     
12 Q How do i Advertise on 1ink Properties website?
  A Contact our Advertising Department on info@1inkproperties.com
     
13 Q Why is there no contact phone number?
  A Value is extremely important to all parties and by cutting out expensive calls, we can pass the savings to you the advertiser.
     
14 Q What if I don't get a confirmation at the time of booking?
  A If a confirmation page doesn't display once you complete your booking, check your email for a confirmation. If you don't get an email confirmation within ten minutes, let us know at info@1inkproperties.com and we'll send you your confirmation details.
     
15 Q How do I get a receipt for my hotel room?
  A Your email confirmation is your receipt, so keep a copy of it for your records.
     
16 Q How can I make a hotel booking for a destination not listed on the site?
  A You can send a request to us at info@1inkproperties.com and we will revert to you within 24 hours with options of hotels and resort as per your requirements.
     
17 Q Do I need to confirm my reservation?
  A No, you don't. If you really want to, though, contact us at info@1inkproperties.com to confirm your reservation.
     
18 Q How do I know my reservation was booked?
  A We'll send you an email confirmation for your hotel booking.
     
19 Q Will the hotel hold my room if I'm arriving late?
  A Since your reservation is guaranteed with payment, the hotel is obliged to hold your room until a certain period of time.
     
20 Q Is breakfast included in the hotel rates?
  A Breakfast may or may not be included in the price, Hotel Breakfast is decided by the hotel, region or location.
     
21 Q What is a Star Rating?
  A Star rating is a Symbol used to categorize Hotels based on their Level of service, quality and food with other amenities.
